The Winter Solstice Festival always brings a carnival atmosphere to town, but what happens after all the clowns and acrobats have gone home will leave everyone out in the cold. Karen works with the street kids who inhabit the park where the festival is held, and Gus tries to keep them out of trouble, but will Karen’s work be enough to save them from the cold?
