Hidden away in a dark corner of the world wide web, the ACT Government has posted information about community consultations that will be held as part of a review of the arts in the ACT. Anyone with an interest in the arts should complete the short survey. Three consultation sessions will be held, the first two of which are planned for today, so the notice is late, but another is planned for next Wednesday. All the information is available from the ArtsACT website (if you can find it!).

Rep need men!

Posted by Samantha Jarrett, 1st July '09
Our friends at Canberra Repertory have put out the call! The scheduled Auditions for their forthcoming production of Les Liaisons Dangereuses will be on 11 & 12 July, at Theatre 3.

They've received a great response for audition spots, but ...they need men!...well more of them than they have already.

Rep holds open auditions for all it’s productions, and would hate to think that message had not reached as many people as possible.

The play has three speaking male roles and potentially several ‘significant extras’.

So check out the information online at www.canberrarep.org.au, call to have a chat during business hours and go from there. Scripts are available from Theatre 3.
